​Before surgery 


​
Dogs

​Dogs must be on a leash.

​No food after midnight the night before surgery for dogs over 4 months of age. Water is okay.   

Dogs must be dropped off at 7:45 a.m. After 8:15 they are considered late and a $25 fee will be charged IF the animal is still accepted.

Pick-up time for dogs is 3 p.m. SHARP. If you cannot make it let us know early; however, your dog MUST be picked up by 5:00. After 3 p.m. a $25 late fee will be charged every 15 minutes. 

*Dogs cannot be boarded over night!*






cats

Each cat needs to be in their own carrier or trap and a towel needs to be in each carrier. You may bring an additional towel to put in the trap after surgery. No litter boxes or bowls in carriers or traps, please. 

Feral cats MUST be in a humane trap. If they are not in a trap there will be a fee to transfer them. No exceptions!  

Domestic cats
Drop Off 8:15
Pick Up 4pm


Domestic cats must be dropped off at 8:15 am.
After 8:30 they are considered late and a $25 fee will be charged IF the animal is still accepted.

Cats Rescue Groups
Drop Off  8:30
Pick up at 5:00 pm.


Feral cats
Drop Off 9:00 am
Pick up at 5:00 pm. 


Your cat MUST be picked up by the time mentioned above unless other arrangements are made in advance or a $25 late fee will be charged every 15 minutes.


Animals must be in good health. If your pet is showing any signs of illness such as coughing, sneezing, runny eyes, diarrhea or is on any type of  medicine for treatment, it is possible they may be declined for surgery. Prior to surgery, please let us know if your pet is on any medication.

​If you have current vaccination records for your pet, please bring a copy of them with you.
