Book Your Appointment Online

*Due to high call volume, our online appointment request is the preferred method to request an appointment.

  • Please be aware we require a $25 for Wellness appointments. For spay/neuter, we require $67 deposit for domestic cats and $100 deposit for dogs per animal by credit/debit card to book an appointment, whether online or with a receptionist.
  • Please allow up to 24 business hours for a response.
  • This deposit will be applied toward your pet's charges but will NOT be refunded if you do not show up or cancel less than 48 hours before the appointment.
  • Please do not schedule more than 3 pets per day for our Wellness Clinic.
  • We do not see sick or injured animals at our Wellness Clinic, so if you have any concerns about your animal's health, please see a Full Service Clinic
  • Wellness appointments with a technician instead of a veterinarian will pay a
Tech Appointment fee of $10 in lieu of the $25 exam fee.
  • Pets 4 months or older that are not already spayed or neutered visiting our Wellness Clinic will be charged a $50 unaltered fee per visit. This is in order to support our mission to lower the number of healthy pets being killed. This fee can be credited towards a spay/neuter appointment within 90 days.
  • The clinic is consistently booked out weeks ahead. Spay/neuter appointments can be out as far as 2-3 months, especially for female dogs.
  • If your pet has a current rabies vaccination, please bring a copy of the paper certificate we can keep (not tag) with you or upload it here. Otherwise, we are required by law to give a rabies vaccination (which is free with our spay/neuter surgeries).
  • If your dog weighs more than 90 pounds and you want to schedule a spay or neuter, please call for an appointment.
  • For OCAS voucher appointments, please note your voucher number or upload the voucher when booking. Any remaining deposit will be refunded after surgery.
  • Please note that a fee of $15 will be applied to patrons who bring Brachycephalic, also known as flat-faced animals, for surgery. Thank you for your understanding.
  • For feral cats known as lions, click the "About Feral Cats" tab and follow the instructions.

*For pets 8 years and older that are coming in for spay or neuter, Senior blood-work is REQUIRED.  It can be done on the same day as surgery for $99.
