CLINIC OPERATING PROCEDURES:

We are open for spay and neuter. Online booking is available. However, we are not open to customer traffic. Please stay in your car when dropping off and picking up, we will come out to you.  If you need medication refills please call ahead to order and pay.  Thank you.

* Drop off times are now 7:45 - 8:00 for dogs, 8:15 for domestic cats, and 8:30 for feral cats.  Thank you for arriving at your scheduled time.

When arriving for pick up please note the space you pull into and then text (407)871-6165 with your last name, pets name and space number.  A staff member will be out to assist you as quickly as possible.

Wellness appointments-You may come into our lobby but our Techs will take the animals into the exam rooms. (Please book online)
If you or your pet are ill or experiencing flu-like symptoms and have an upcoming appointment, we kindly ask that you call or email us to reschedule. As always, the health and well-being of your pet(s) is our top priority. Thank you for your patience and cooperation.
*Effective 1/18/2024,  appointments with a technician instead of a veterinarian will pay a
Tech Appointment fee of $10 in lieu of the $25 exam fee.
Feral Cat Policy

All feral cats must be in a trap when dropped off at the clinic.  If they are not they will be transferred by a staff member and there will be additional fees.  Again, there is NO exception to our Feral Cat Policy.  Thank you in advance for your cooperation.
